New reports have stated that Glee actress and singer Naya Rivera was arrested and charged for domestic battery after an alleged altercation with her husband, Ryan Dorsey. She was released on $1000 bail, and Dorsey's father picked up Rivera from jail. The police arrested her for domestic battery. After Dorsey gave police a cell phone video of the assault, Rivera, 30, was reportedly arrested. A sheriff's deputy arrived at the scene and spoke with Dorsey, who said his wife, Rivera, "struck him in the head and face". "Rivera, yeah", she answers softly.
According to TMZ, the video of Naya's appearance before the judge was shot early Sunday morning, and she was later released on $1,000 bond.
