Natasha Gregson Wagner was 11 when her mother drowned during a boat trip to Santa Catalina Island during filming at the age of 43. "He has rights, and he cannot talk to us if he doesn't want to".
Wagner has always said he believes Wood accidentally drowned while trying to board a dinghy. Wagner said several years ago that Wood went out and "slipped on the swing step and hit her head".
When he went to their cabin, Wagner told him to go away before Wagner and Wood ended up arguing on the back of the boat, Corina said Davern told investigators.
He told CBS's 48 Hours: "As we've investigated the case over the last six years, I think he's (Wagner) more of a person of interest now. We're reaching out one last time". But the case was reopened in 2011 after the captain said he heard the couple arguing the night of her disappearance.
Munich air crash: A tragedy that still haunts and defines Manchester United
British Prime Minister Theresa May paid tribute to those killed and injured at Munich during a speech in Manchester on Tuesday. I played, and at one point Liam gave me a attractive pass that meant I couldn't miss.
Officials have also confirmed that the actress' drowning is being treated as "suspicious" after new witnesses came forward.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's department gave a press conference Monday to discuss the latest developments in the Natalie Wood death investigation. They say let's call for help, he says no, let's wait. "We can never force him to talk to us".
"When the tips all dry up, then I guess we move on to the next case", Corina told reporters. "And we haven't been able to prove that this was an accident either", Hernandez said in the special. The sheriff's office issued a statement Thursday noting this is still a suspicious death investigation and that there is not enough evidence to make an arrest.

John Corina said authorities would like to talk to Wagner, star of TV's Hart to Hart and It Takes a Thief, since he was the last person to see Wood, his wife at the time of her death.
Investigators claimed Monday that Wagner's version of events from that night "doesn't add up".
Gunmen kill officers, free militant in Kashmir hospital raid
Initial reports suggest the terrorist belonged to the Lashkar-e-Taiba and was arrested in south Kashmir. Two Lashkar militants rained bullets at the police party and fled towards downtown Srinagar .
All three men said at the time they don't know how she got into the water but it must have been an accident; Davern has changed his story (in paid interviews with tabloids) over the years.
Wood, who was best known for her roles in "Miracle on 34th Street", "West Side Story", and "Rebel Without a Cause", was 43 when she died on November 29, 1981.
The body of Wood was found off Catalina Island, a scenic getaway about 30 miles south of the Los Angeles-area coastline.
However, Corina did openly lament that Wood's ex-husband and silver screen icon Robert Wagner has refused to cooperate with investigators. Wagner's publicist, Alan Nierob, has declined to comment on his behalf.
The investigators told Moriarty they are looking closely at the bruises on her body that were noted and photographed in the autopsy report.
The 87-year old's attorney has said he fully cooperated with investigators.
'Cloverfield Paradox': What the Critics Are Saying
Netflix had not tested out this release model prior to this film , but it clearly worked, although the film is a bit of a flop. The Cloverfield Paradox premise is pretty simple and is pretty much a run of the mill of most space disaster movies .
