Minister warns charities of funding cuts after Oxfam sex worker scandal
However, the minister said Oxfam did "absolutely the wrong thing" by not reporting the detail of the incidents to the government. Goldring apologised yesterday and said he was 'deeply ashamed of Oxfam's behaviour [in Haiti]'.
Google is introducing Snapchat-style Stories as a way to share content visually. Skeptics, though, point to the technology as yet another example of Google trying to control the internet, not least because the algorithms apparently favor sites which present AMP versions of their pages and reward them for their cooperation with higher placement in search results. And modernizing email with AMP could have some interesting effects. CNN, Conde Nast, Hearst, Mashable, Meredith, Mic, Vox Media and The Washington Post are the very first batch of publications that are using the new AMP Stories format. That said, if you'd like to get an early look, you can sign up for developer preview access for your Gmail account on the company's website. Today Google said AMP is merely meant to make the mobile web more accessible to developers, claiming small publishers face challenges in building high-performance content. With AMP for Email, though, they simply send an email asking for the other person's availability, and the two will be able to coordinate on a form within the email-they won't need to be redirected to another webpage. AMP for Email is open, so other email clients can use it as well, the post said.

"With AMP for Email, you'll be able to quickly take actions like submit an RSVP to an event, schedule an appointment, or fill out a questionnaire right from the email message", Sahney stated. No one cares. No one is being inconvenienced by this aspect of email (inbox overload is a different problem), and no one will gain anything by changing it. Instead, it wants to utilize the tech behind it to make the platform more dynamic.
AMP for Email has only just been released, but Google said companies such as Booking.com and Pinterest are already building new experiences using the framework that should be made available to users soon.
