Manila: A fire at a hotel in the Philippine capital killed three people on Sunday and injured almost two dozen, police and rescue officials said, with two people listed as missing. Some people had to be resued by a helicopter.
Police said it was unclear if the fire at the Manila Pavilion Hotel and Casino, which raged for hours, started in the casino on the lower floors or in an area of the hotel that was under renovation.
