Gronkowski has a $250,000 bonus in his contract depending on how many offseason workouts he attends. Phase One of the offseason program consists primarily of strength and conditioning activities. Gronkowski is still under contract through the 2019 National Football League season, as he still has two years left on his six-year, $54 million extension with $19 million left in both base salary and bonuses.
